Personal data
This page explains what personal data I collect through this website, why I collect it, and what you can ask me at any time. It is written to be understood: if anything is unclear, write to me and I will explain it.

Who processes your data
The data controller is me, Andrea Murisasco, in Cuneo, Piemonte, Italy.
For anything concerning your data you can write to info@andreamurisasco.it. I answer personally, not an office.
I have not appointed a Data Protection Officer: I do not fall within the cases where the Regulation makes one mandatory.
What data I collect
What you write to me in an email. There is no form to fill in on this site: there is no box to leave your name in, and no data leaves this site. If you want to contact me you open your own mail and write — so I only have your data if you decided to send it, and it is what you chose to write.
Be careful what you write in that first email. If you tell me about an injury, a medical condition or a treatment, that is health data, which the Regulation protects specially. You do not need it for a first contact: please do not write it and tell me in person or during the assessment instead. If you write it anyway, I process it only to reply to you and treat it as provided with your explicit consent.
Technical connection data: like any website, the server hosting it records the IP address, date and time of the visit, browser type and the page requested. This keeps the site running and protects it from abuse. I do not consult it and do not use it to identify you.
Cookies: there are none
This site uses no cookies, neither mine nor anyone else’s. There are no analytics, no Google Analytics, no Facebook or other platform pixels, no embedded maps or videos, and the typefaces are served by the site itself rather than from external servers.
There are two things only, and I am telling you anyway. First: for the length of your visit your browser notes that you have already seen the opening animation, a two-character marker (apertura-vista) kept in the tab’s own memory. It only stops the same animation replaying on every page, and disappears the moment you close the tab.
Second, only if you use the sun-and-moon button at the top: your browser remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme (tema, in the site’s storage on your device), so the site opens the way you left it next time. It stays there until you clear your browsing data.
Neither contains anything about you, neither is ever sent to me or anyone else, and neither is a cookie or can identify you: they are the kind of thing the law does not require permission for, because they make the site behave the way you expect and nothing more.
That is why you will not find a banner to accept: there is nothing to authorise. If I ever add an analytics tool, I will write it here and a consent request will appear before it is activated.
Why I process your data
To reply to you and work out whether I can help. When you write to me you are asking me for contact: the legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation). I do not ask for your consent because it would not be correct: without that data I could not reply, so it would not be a free choice.
To run and protect the site. The technical data the server records relies on my legitimate interest in keeping the site up and safe from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).
To comply with the law. If a professional relationship follows, the tax and accounting data arising from it is kept because the law requires it (Art. 6(1)(c)).
I do no profiling and take no automated decisions about you. I do not use your data to send you advertising and I do not sell it to anyone.
Who else sees it
I read your data myself. Beyond that it only passes through the providers of my technical tools, who process it on my behalf as data processors and cannot use it for their own purposes:
Netlify — hosts the site. It only sees the technical connection data of whoever opens a page: since 22 September 2026 it no longer collects anything on my behalf, because the form that did so is gone. It is a United States company: that technical data may therefore be processed outside the European Union, on the basis of the safeguards the Regulation provides for transfers to the United States.
My email provider, since the request reaches me by email and stays there until I delete it.
Beyond these, nobody. I do not share your data with other professionals, gyms or companies without asking you first.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not become working relationships: I keep them for at most twenty-four months from our last exchange, then delete them. Twenty-four months because people often get back in touch after a season or two, and having the context helps us both.
If we do start working together: the necessary data stays for the duration of the relationship and, as far as tax and accounting documents are concerned, for the ten years the law requires.
Server technical data is kept by the hosting provider for the limited time security requires.
You can ask me to delete everything before these deadlines, and I will.
Your rights
At any time you can: ask what data I hold and get a copy, have it corrected if it is wrong, have it deleted, ask me to restrict its use, object to processing based on my legitimate interest, and ask for it to be transferred to you or someone else in a readable format (Arts. 15-22 of the Regulation).
Just write to info@andreamurisasco.it. I reply within a month, and it costs you nothing.
If you believe I am handling your data improperly you can contact the Italian Data Protection Authority. But try telling me first: it is almost always sorted out in two messages.
Links to other sites
The site links to my profiles on Instagram, Strava and YouTube. Until you open them nothing happens: the site loads nothing from those platforms and does not tell them you are visiting. When you open them, you move to their site, and from there their privacy rules apply, not mine.
Artificial intelligence on this site
I used artificial intelligence tools to build the site: Claude Code to write the code, GPT‑6 Astra for the logo, the avatar and some graphics. I write the articles myself, on my own topics and from my own experience; artificial intelligence only helps me polish their form, and I reread and approve every text before publishing it.
None of these tools is connected to the site: nothing is sent to artificial intelligence services while you browse it, and your data is not used to train them.
Minors
The services presented on this site are not aimed at children under fourteen. If you are under eighteen, it must be a parent or guardian who writes to me.
If this page changes
If I add a new tool or change how I process data, I update this page and change the last-updated date above. Previous versions are not kept online, so if you need a copy of the one in force when you wrote to me, ask.
